Blind Dog Mojito
2 oz Hetterley’s Blind Dog Moonshine
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
mint leaves
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to break up the mint leaves until chilled and single strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
